Forrest L. Ingram concentrates his energies primarily in Chapter 11 reorganizations, achieving remarkable results.  Forrest often quotes the Texas adage: "The impossible takes just a bit longer."  He obtained confirmation for some cases which the bankruptcy judge had declared "hopeless," including the case of Michael Kuhejda and Total Home Health Care, Inc., and Avin Lewitas.  He also overcame heavy odds to confirm many other chapter 11 cases, such as Midwest Imports International, Inc., Headline Promotions, Inc., and A & K Construction, Inc.  In civil litigation, Forrest and his co-counsel obtained a 7-figure judgment for client Universal Bancard Systems, Inc., in contract and RICO dispute.  Forrest has argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.  But his main appellate venue is the United States District Court, where bankruptcy trial matters are reviewed.
