WILLIAM NEWELL SIEBERT has been practicing immigration law exclusively since 1969. he has dedicated his career to the representation of non-immigrants and immigrants to the United States. William Siebert has lectured and published widely about the ever-evolving filed of immigration law.

William Siebert is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association, the Illinois State Bar Association (Chicago & Miami Chapters), the Chicago Bar Association, and is also admitted to the state bar of Florida.

KATHRYN E. JOHNSTONE joined the firm as an associate in 2001. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami in Ohio and received her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2001.

Ms. Johnstone is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
